To Calculate the Top-Up Premium
  • Determine the number of days of coverage required, which is the total number of days in the trip minus the number of days already covered under the Multi-Trip plan.
  • The premium amount will be based on the Plan you select, your total trip length, and your age on the effective date of your insurance.
Top-Up Options
  • You must confirm that your existing coverage allows top-ups with no loss of coverage.
  • Top-Up coverage must be purchased prior to departure and is subject to an extra premium charge.
  • Single-Trip Emergency Medical Plan A can be used to top up Multi-Trip Emergency Medical Plan A, and Single-Trip Emergency Medical Plan B can be used to top-up Multi-Trip Emergency Medical Plan B. Top-ups can be purchased for a maximum trip duration of 365 days.
